Ushbu loyiha kvadrat kosmik ramka / balandligi 16 metr / umumiy uzunligi 30 metr / umumiy oraliq 18 metr

1. Po'latdan yasalgan kosmik ramkani o'rnatish pastki strukturaning o'qi va ko'milgan taxtani qabul qilgandan keyin amalga oshirilishi kerak.Pastki tayanchga qo'yiladigan talablar: qo'shni tayanchlar orasidagi balandlik farqi (masofa L2): kichikroq qiymat L2/800 va 10 mm, bir xil balandlikda Eng yuqori va eng past tayanch o'rtasidagi balandlik farqi: 20 mm;

2. To'rning kuchi va strukturaviy xususiyatlariga va saytdagi haqiqiy qurilish sharoitlariga ko'ra po'lat kosmik ramkani o'rnatish jarayonini aniqlang;

3. Chelik kosmik ramka o'rnatilgandan so'ng, uni tekshirish kerak:

a.Vertikal va gorizontal yon uzunligi og'ishning ruxsat etilgan qiymati uzunlikning 1/2000 qismini tashkil qiladi va 30 mm dan oshmasligi kerak;

b.Markaziy ofsetning ruxsat etilgan qiymati po'latdan yasalgan ramka oralig'ining 1/3000 qismi bo'lishi kerak va 30 mm dan oshmasligi kerak;

c.Periferiya tomonidan qo'llab-quvvatlanadigan to'r ramkasi uchun ruxsat etilgan balandlik og'ishi qo'shni tayanchning 1/400 qismini tashkil qiladi va 15 mm dan oshmasligi kerak, maksimal va minimal esa 30 mm dan oshmasligi kerak;bir nechta nuqta bilan qo'llab-quvvatlanadigan to'r ramkasi uchun ruxsat etilgan balandlik og'ishi qo'shni tayanchning 1/800 qismini tashkil qiladi va 30 mm dan oshmasligi kerak;

d.Spetsifikatsiyalar va dizayn talablariga muvofiq panjaraning burilishini aniqlang.Qurilishdan so'ng, po'latdan yasalgan kosmik ramkaning burilishi dizayn hisob-kitob qiymatining 115% dan oshmasligi kerak.(To'r ramkasining maksimal burilish qiymati L/250)

4. Mahalliy ravishda payvandlash to'plari mavjud bo'lsa, payvandlash to'pi va novda payvandlash uchun yivli payvandlash qo'llaniladi va payvandlash tikuvi darajasi ikkinchi navdan past bo'lmasligi kerak.

5. Po'latdan yasalgan kosmik ramkani o'rnatish tugallangandan so'ng, kosmik ramka bo'g'inlari va novdalar yuzasi toza va chandiqlar va axloqsizlikdan tozalangan bo'lishi kerak.Boltli sharli bo'g'inlarning bo'g'inlari va ortiqcha teshiklari yog 'bilan to'ldirilgan va muhrlangan bo'lishi kerak.

6. Tarmoqni ishlatish jarayonida har 4-5 yilda bir marta korroziyaga qarshi kompleks parvarishlash amalga oshirilishi kerak.

Detect the deflection of the grid according to the specifications and design requirements. After construction, the deflection of the grid frame shall not be greater than 115% of the design calculation value. (Maximum deflection value of grid frame L/250) 4. If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
